Anyway, the request was for a dark haired lolita, because of a scorned contest entry. The contest was themed around lolitas, and then ChemicalIrony's entry was rejected because her lolita had dark hair and wasn't truely "lolita".

Lolita can have any color hair! JAPANESE GIRLS WITH *BLACK* HAIR MADE LOLITA FAMOUS! Lolita is based on innocence and propriety and doll-like grace and beauty. NOT ON HAIR COLOR.
